Competency achievement can also be recorded with xAPI, and we could get to the level of detail where each competency has its own higher-order thinking levels of achievement within as well. This would also be a useful integration point with LDA's confidence assessment, ex: it took XX number of attempts for the learner to reach this level of competency and because of that there is X% confidence in their competency.
